近年研究方向:

通过软硬件结合的方法,解决AI加速相关的存储及计算资源约束问题,以及如何和具体的应用场景要求紧密结合。研究的主题包括:a) AI 模型及加速器的软硬件协同设计,部分成果发表在 2025 DATE / 2026 TCAD / 2025 TVLSI / 2025 ISCAS / 2025 GLSVLSI / 2025 IEEE Communications Letters / 2026 ISCAS (accepted) / 2026 DAC (accepted); b) 面向AI的加速器设计,包括架构和电路设计、近存/存内计算、以及AI计算的组网策略(如光互联和内存池相关),部分成果发表在 2024 ISCAS / 2025 TCAD / 2025 ISCAS/ 2026 ASP-DAC / 2026 TACO。
