研究经历:

1. 超低功耗脑电波系统开发项目

(1)基于干电极的脑电波采集芯片,避免传统电极胶。

(2)多通道脑电波采集芯片组,工业界量产。

(3)脑电波和近红外光血氧采集芯片。

2. 超低功耗心电图采集芯片

(1)低功耗单通道心电图检测芯片,工业界量产。

(2)适合双电极心电监测的模拟放大器

3. 多参数生理信号采集芯片

(1)用于智能手环的电生理信号采集芯片。

(2)低电压心电和生物阻抗测量芯片。

(3)宽带心电和生物阻抗测量芯片。

4. 高精度模拟放大器设计

(1)斩波放大器的电流噪声测试和分析。

(2)主动电极模拟前端参数的设计优化分析。
