科研经历:

以第一作者发表数篇芯片设计领域顶级会议及期刊,其中包括多篇 ISSCC,JSSC,TPE以及T-BioCAS等。作为项目负责人承担了国家自然科学基金“可用于物联网的超低功耗压电能源采集和电源管理芯片”项目;作为核心成员参与了国家重点研发计划“光电子与微电子器件及集成”重点专项“高能效人机交互芯片技术”等项目。
