简介:

张增星,男,教授。2002年本科毕业于南开大学物理科学学院,2007年博士毕业于中科院物理研究所。先后在美国新奥尔良大学、莱斯大学、犹他大学进行博士后研究,2011年加入同济大学物理科学与工程学院,2018年加入复旦大学微电子学院。主要进行低维半导体器件的制备、物性与集成研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Nanotech., Nano Lett., Adv. Funct. Mater., JACS等上发表论文多篇。长期欢迎物理、微电子、材料等相关专业的优秀毕业生加入本课题组。
