复旦大学与美国ADI公司建立长期合作关系

2007年11月9日，复旦大学－美国ADI公司长期合作启动仪式在复旦大学张江校区举行。

美国模拟器件公司（Analog Devices Inc.，ADI）是国际著名的IC设计公司，在信号处理领域代表着创新与卓越。公司在高性能模拟集成电路(IC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)和微电子机械系统(MEMS)技术领域居于业界领先地位，其产品在整个IC行业占据了非常大的份额，他们的研究方向代表了IC设计的发展方向，是引导IC设计发展的旗帜。ADI公司与复旦大学微电子研究院在模拟集成电路设计领域一直有着良好的合作关系。

ADI董事会主席Ray Stata于2007年3月23日来访我校后，对我校集成电路设计方向的研究能力非常认同。双方签订了长期合作协议，建立集成电路设计和开发的研究团队。

ADI公司创始人、董事会主席Ray Stata、ADI大中国区总裁及该公司高层技术管理人员、复旦大学科技处、微电子系和微电子研究院的领导出席了长期合作启动仪式。双方在启动仪式上对本次合作表现了极大的信心，希望复旦－ADI的联合研究能像ADI与MIT在波士顿的合作一样长期发展下去。

Fudan and ADI Announced Long-term Strategic Partnership

On Nov. 9, 2007, Fudan Univ. and Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) in the U.S. celebrated the establishment of Fudan-ADI strategic partnership in the Zhangjiang Campus of Fudan.

ADI, an internationally renowned IC design company, is a world leader in high performance analog integrated circuits (IC), digital signal processing (DSP), and MEMS. ADI defines innovation and excellence in signal processing solutions. ADI enjoys a big market share in IC industry. They direct the research on IC design and guide its development. ADI has long cooperated with the School of Microelectronics of Fudan Univ. in analog IC design.

Mr. Ray Stata, President and founder of ADI, who visited Fudan Univ. on March 23^rd, 2007, recognized our IC design research capacity and signed with Fudan a long-term collaboration agreement with Fudan to construct a R&D team in IC design.

Apart from officials from the Office of Science and Technology, the Department of Microelectronics, and the School of Microelectronics of Fudan Univ., Mr. Ray Stata, Mr. Howard Cheng,ADI Great China President as well as other senior officers of the company were present at the inauguration ceremony of the long-term strategic partnership. Both parties expressed great confidence in the cooperation and hope it will be as long lasting as the one between ADI and MIT in Boston.
