李巍

 

简介
李巍,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2001年于比利时国立根特大学获电子工程博士学位。1989-1996,在哈尔滨工程大学任讲师,1997-2001年在比利时根特大学信息技术系INTEC-design,任研究员,2001-2003年在阿尔卡特上海贝尔公司,任研究员。2004年2月始在复旦大学微电子研究院(现微电子学院)工作。曾担任IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-I、IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques、Electronics Letter等多个国际期刊和国际会议的审稿人。

LI Wei, Professor of School of Microelectronics in Fudan University, Supervisor of Ph. D Students. In recent years, she has been mainly engaging in the field of communications systems and microelectronics research. Current research directions mainly focus on the CMOS deep sub-micron RF/Microwave/Millimeter wave integrated circuit designs for artificial intelligence application, integrated circuit designs for software-defined radio, for cognitive radio, for ultra wide band applications, and so on.

She received B.Sc and M.Sc degrees from Harbin Engineering University, China, in 1986 and 1989 respectively, and the Ph.D degree from Ghent University, Belgium, in 2001, all in Electrical Engineering.

From 1989 to 1996, she was a Lecturer at Harbin Engineering University where she worked on research and development of RF and Microwave Circuit/ System Designs and so on, and was awarded by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. From 1997 through 2001, she joined the INTEC-design lab at Ghent University of Belgium as a Researcher, responsible for RF and Microwave Circuit & System Designs in Instrumentation and Measurements, and Passive Optical Access Network, etc. In 2002, she joined in Alcatel Global Research & Innovation Center (Shanghai), serving as a Project Leader for four European projects and France's Alcatel Telecom Group projects about the standardization development of HSDPA. In early 2004, she has been an Associate Professor and then a Professor with School of Microelectronics in Fudan University, China, mainly focused on researching and teaching for wideband radio communication systems, low-power low-voltage RF/MICROWAVE and mixed-signal integrated circuits, including the RF/MICROWAVE transceiver structures, device modeling, high-frequency low-voltage circuit module, high-performance chip unit, and so on.

She has (co)authored over 100 peer reviewed research papers. She holds 1 US patent, 2 EU patents and 22 China patents.

Since March 2004, a total of 76 graduate students (including 6 Ph.D students) are under her supervision. Meanwhile guided 14 undergraduate students (all graduated), and supervised one graduate student for one year to take responsibility on the Innovative Project which was supported by the authority of Fudan University to perform innovative research.

In academic activities, she was Invited as the Secretary-General of The 7th International Conference on ASIC(ASICON-2007) in Oct.2007. Invited as a Program Committee Member or a reviewer in a series of International Conferences, and also Invited as a peer-to-peer reviewer in the journals such as IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-I, IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, Electronics Letter, etc.
