陈赟,博士,副教授,上海市浦江学者。200712月获复旦大学微电子学与固体电子学专业理学博士学位。20081月留校任教,在复旦大学信息科学与工程学院微电子学院从事教学与科研工作。作为课题负责人已承担了国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目、军委科技委项目,国家外交部保密项目,上海市浦江人才计划,自然科学基金面上项目,上海市国际合作项目等,并作为骨干成员参与了国家0103重大专项、863重点项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、上海市教委曙光计划、上海市科委SDC重点项目等国家级与省部级科技攻关课题20余项。以第一作者和通信作者在国内外重要的学术期刊与会议上发表(SCI/EI)论文60余篇。申请相关专利23项,其中13项专利已经获得授权。IEEE ASICON2009国际会议秘书长,目前担任 IEEE SSCS 上海chapter的秘书,IEEE Signal Processing Society DISPS TC, IEEE ISCAS VSA TC, ISSCCIEEE trans. On circuit and system, IEEE trans. On broadcasting, IEEE trans. On VLSI 等会议和期刊的审稿人。曾获得2012年第八届中国研究生电子设计竞赛全国总决赛优秀指导老师,团体一等,二等奖,2015年第五届“华为杯“中国大学生智能设计竞赛一等奖和专项奖。2012年数码视讯杯本科生电子设计竞赛二等奖。陆续在2012201320152016年指导复旦大学科创项目,曦源项目等。本人获得2015年上海市教工委工会积极分子,2016年复旦大学三八红旗手。

研究方向

  1. 智能通信基带芯片设计:
    1. 多标准数字电视广播调制解调器芯片设计,包括同步、长回波信道估计、同时兼容LDPC+Turbo解码的VLSI结构;
    2. 无线通信3G/4G/5G标准基带算法和VLSI结构,包括内接收机、Turbo解码解码,polar码解码器,非二进制解码;
    3. 光通信下的超高吞吐率LDPC解码器。
    4. 宽带电力线PLC下的调制解调算法和脉冲噪声消除方法,LDPC_CC解码器设计。
  2. 复杂数字信号处理系统的VLSI实现:
    1. 基于随机计算的低电压、高能效纳米集成电路设计;
    2. 基于深度学习的生物信号检测和超低功耗SoC系统设计。
    3. 基于RISC-V的可伸缩数据处理平台。
  3. 超颖材料主动控制系统:
    1. 用于水下通信的超颖材料控制技术。
    2. 用于机器人的抗噪系统设计。
